this beautiful snowed-in day is when I'd love to stay inside,

drink fresh-ground flavoured coffee and read till

my eyes bleed...then nap.

It's not that I'm ready for winter to leave - it's still February...

 

But I know I'd LOVE a bouquet of peonies

smiling sweetly and greeting me

each morning from the kitchen island.

 

 

 

 

This is probably a sign I need to stop at the flower shop and
buy a bouquet of colour and scents to get me thru this.
