WAKE UP!

Sometimes ideas and messages take time to brew for me.

And...sometimes they come crashing in like a wave hitting shore on purpose
to get the attention of the beach!

Today was the Art message.

Get up.

Go looking.

Your eyes need to filled up with pinks and greens and yellows and blues.

ahhh....my eyeballs are starting to feel better, 

to say nothing of my heart...

Q: more art? more colour?

One more work day this week

then 4 days of bad behavior:

This lower back pain has taken its toll.

Not sleeping well - holding muscles tight while trying to

walk and sit to prevent pain...

spasms catching like knifing pain

 

Usually there's a great deal to do at work on Monday...

 

But when you hurt all over, it doesn't much matter

what day it is.

 

Resting on a heating pad and later an ice pack with some exercises

& a couple naps helps...

 

I didn't think I could sleep this much, calling it a waste of time.

Actually, they're just extended naps and we all know

how I respect the value of a good nap!

and a gown such as this.

 

To me, this if frameable worthy;
