Pooped...

This lower back pain has taken its toll.
Not sleeping well - holding muscles tight while trying to
walk and sit to prevent pain...
spasms catching like knifing pain
 
Usually there's a great deal to do at work on Monday...
 
But when you hurt all over, it doesn't much matter
what day it is.
 


Resting on a heating pad and later an ice pack with some exercises
& a couple naps helps...
 
I didn't think I could sleep this much, calling it a waste of time.
Actually, they're just extended naps and we all know
how I respect the value of a good nap!
